I... kind of got hit by an idea the other day, and you're the only other person who knows plants here... I know we have access to medicine and such, but I think I'd like to try growing some medicinal plants. To help with the minor things like first degree burns and such. Humans are notorious for growing resistance to overuse of pharmaceuticals, and I'd like to make sure that doesn't happen in case someone gets really sick.

I-- yes, that sounds like a wonderful idea! I'm sure there must be plenty of things that'd be from Earth that we could plant and I bet if we asked Ein-san, he'd known some from other planets we could use too. Have you found any in the library we could use?
There was a huge gardening store last time we went to the mall, too... I'm sure if we went back and did a little asking, they'd be able to let us know what they carry.
We could see about making it portable, too. Something like a window box?

You really think so? I suppose transport definitely isn't a problem as long as we have Dad with us and in this day and age, the equipment's probably much easier to get hold of. And if we're going to get on the move again at some point, I don't see how having a portable garden with us could be anything but a benefit.

But a window box would be good. With a handle. Heck, we could probably make something close to a portable hydroponic garden as well.
