[It's been hectic little while since Yuuri's birthday and the coffee incident but now that things have settled down a bit Jamie is here to approach her in the garden with a sketchbook and fancy space pencils he picked up at the mall.]

I didn't even notice the gardening store. I... don't do well in crowds on my own, so...
But a window box would be good. With a handle. Heck, we could probably make something close to a portable hydroponic garden as well.

You really think so? I suppose transport definitely isn't a problem as long as we have Dad with us and in this day and age, the equipment's probably much easier to get hold of. And if we're going to get on the move again at some point, I don't see how having a portable garden with us could be anything but a benefit.

[ As hectic as it's been, it looks like Jamie's caught her during a quiet moment. She's tending to the memorial flowers as is usual for her around this time of day and she's in the middle of watering the little cluster of flowers that anyone who recognizes that bear should know are for Ruu.

We've been over catoblepas, and clearly you don't have malboros if you think spiracorn are strange. Which also likely counts out cactuars, mandrakes, and treants.

In fact I'm willing to assume all the larger animal life we have is nonexistent, since combat ability doesn't sound common in your world. That counts out behemoths, Midgarsormr, and likely even dualhorns.
